Sony regularly adds new titles to PlayStation Plus, but the games subscription also keeps losing some titles. In July, at least six games were affected.
Subscribers to the more expensive PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium tiers will have to accept that at least six previously included games will be removed from the subscription in July. These include well-known representatives such as Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
The deadline will therefore be July 16, 2024, when the new additions should also be available in July. Based on the updated “Last Chance to Play” category, the following six titles will then leave the PS Plus Extra and Premium offer:
- Dysmantle
- Fast & Furious: Space Racers – Rise of the Shifters
- Kingdom: Two Crowns
- My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure
- Saints Row 4: Re-Elected
- Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Above all, the above-mentioned spin-off of the Borderlands series is likely to appeal to many PS Plus gamers, especially since the title has received mostly good reviews and is enjoying a certain level of popularity.
It remains to be seen whether there will be more departures in July in addition to these six confirmed departures; the past with regard to PlayStation Plus shows that this is at least possible, as such announcements have often been staggered and not made all at once.
Sony will announce which new additions will be available for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in July towards the middle of the new month. In June 2024, 10 new titles were added to the Extra tier, but 11 games were removed from the offer.
