Pokemon Go Ultra Unlock 2021 Part 2: Space research, rewards, spawning and raids

Ultra Unlock 2021 Part 2: Time and Space Research

Field Research on Space Events-Ultra Unlock 2021 Part 2

In addition to the special timed tasks locked above, Ultra Unlock in 2021 also brings a series of research in special fields-unlike timed special tasks, these are not provided to you immediately. Rather, these are event-specific tasks and look the same as any other field research-generated when you spin PokeStops on a standalone site or on top of a stadium.

These tasks have random chances to appear with all other ongoing field studies, but during the event, they are clearly more likely to appear than regular tasks. These tasks form part 2 of the Ultra Unlock 2021 event-the tasks are as follows:

Catch 15 Pokemon: Staryu encounter (shiny chance)
Perform 5 beautiful curveball throws: Lunatone or Staryu encounter (shiny chance)
Perform 7 huge curveball throws: Shellos encounter (random west or east variant)
Spin 10 Pokestops or gym: 10x Pokeball
Transfer 5 Pokemon: 3x Pinap Berry

As with the rest of the event, these field missions will be randomly generated from PokeStops and the gym by 8pm local time on Tuesday, August 17. If you already have a task, you can still complete it after that.

If all these tasks are not enough for you, in addition, Ultra Unlock 2021 has another major difference: it changes a large number of spawning and Pokemon activities in Pokemon Go during the event-again to be clear, as of August 17 local time 8 o’clock in the evening.
