Rescue pokemon cloud
The Pokémon Home is a huge Pokemon cloud where you can collect all the Pokémon. Of course, it is even worse if a question or error code denies you access. In this case, we will show you the solution to save all Pokémon.
Because Pokémon Home is a cloud service, you may not be able to access the service immediately because the server may be down. Find the current situation in our Pokémon Home fault report. More reasons and many solutions can be found in this paragraph.
Error connecting
You cannot log in to Pokémon GO, or you often need to disconnect.
The Pokémon Home server may be temporarily shut down. If you play games on Nintendo Switch, overloading the Nintendo Switch online server may also be the cause of the difficulty. Also, make sure your device meets the system requirements for Pokémon Home and that you have the latest updates for the app and that GPS and location services are turned on. Usually, you can find it in the settings of your smartphone. The Pokémon Home also needs a good internet connection.
It is no longer possible to visit all Pokémon
When playing Pokémon Home, you can only access the first 30 Pokémon in the standard box. You cannot access all other monsters.
If your premium subscription to Pokémon Home expires and you have more than 30 Pokémon in your standard box at this time, you will no longer have access to all creatures. This is what Pokémon says. To get full access again, you must subscribe to the premium service again. If you want to avoid this problem in the future, keep in mind that until your subscription expires, Pokemon Home can only hold up to 30 Pokémon. In extreme emergencies, you can also transfer Pokémon from the Pokémon Home to the Pokémon Bank and collect monsters there.
Error code “992” / “999” / “8807”
Pokémon GO just doesn’t want to start, and when you try to log in, the above error message appears.
The official Pokémon Family Support prompts you to delete data stored on the device you are using. On the Nintendo Switch, you have to go to the system settings in the main menu and delete all Pokémon master data under the menu item Data Management. As long as you have linked to your Nintendo account, you can uninstall and reinstall the application on your smartphone. Deleting saved data will not affect saved monsters. You should then be able to use them again in the cloud.
Item is missing
After the items carried by Pokémon are stored in the Pokémon Family Cloud, they disappear.
Don’t worry, all your items are still there. If you upload a Pokemon with items to the cloud, the items it carries are automatically stored in the bag. Look there and you will find the item.
Friends do not appear in the friends list
Your friends list does not show all the friends who should actually be there.
This is mainly due to the fact that a friend who is no longer visible has removed you from his friends list. A message should have notified you, but according to the developer, there are clearly problems here and there. We hope to update in the future to improve this.
Nintendo Network ID cannot link to Pokémon Home
When you try to sign in to the app with a network ID, you receive an error message.
There may be a problem with the setting of the Nintendo Network ID. To check, go to the system settings of the Nintendo console and select the Nintendo network ID setting here. After a brief restart of the application or gaming device, the problem sometimes disappears.
But maybe you have a completely different problem, which is not listed here. Let us know in the comments and we will try to update this article with new information as soon as possible.
Do you want to know why Pokémon Home cannot be used to manage Pokemon from Pokémon GO: Developers still plan to update Pokémon GO with cloud services. On the Nintendo Switch, you can already use Pokémon Home to manage your Pokémon sword and shield creatures.
