If you’re not familiar with the name of the game, it’s a game about taking someone’s items out of a box and learning about that person’s life in the process.
Starting in 1997 and moving forward over time, Unpacking is a part jigsaw puzzle, part home decor game where you’re tasked with creating a living space while learning the clues to the life you’re unpacking.
Over the course of eight moves, you’ll have the opportunity to experience intimacy with never-before-seen characters and never-before-told stories.
BAFTA’s Game of the Year 2021 is a winner of 14 awards and a finalist for numerous awards, with a high rating on OpenCritic and an 86 on Metacritic.
It’s also one of the best-selling indie games on Switch in 2021, and a gaming gem, according to iGamesNews’s Tom Orry.
Currently, you can choose it for PC, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It’s also available through Game Pass.
