Kalypso Media and developer Gaming Minds Studios (Railway Empire, Port Royale and Patrician series) announced today that the Port Royale 4 Closed PC Beta will be launched in the Kalypso Store.
Pre-orderers of the Standard Edition or Extended Edition receive exclusive access to the Closed PC Beta from Port Royale 4 and a 13% discount on the purchase price exclusively when buying in the Kalypso Store. The content of the beta includes the tutorial, the Spain campaign as well as the free play with Spain and all players.
Pre-orderers of the Extended Edition receive exclusively four majestic lighthouses, blueprints for five park areas with different sculptures and the digital soundtrack.
To celebrate the day, Kalypso Media is showing a developer livestream to Port Royale 4 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the official Twitch channel today. This gives fans on the release day the chance to chat directly with the developers and ask them questions about the game. The stream will introduce the content of the Closed PC beta.
The official release of the latest part of the leading trading simulation series will take place on September 25th for Windows PC and consoles (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch).
