Lidl will be offering the PS5 in stores at the current best price from Thursday, May 23rd. Now Media Markt is countering the promotion and undercutting Lidl’s offer in its online shop once again.
You can currently get the PS5 Slim cheaper at Media Markt.
The discounter probably didn’t expect that. In its current brochure, Lidl is advertising an offer for the Sony PS5 Slim console. This will be available in Lidl stores from May 23rd for 449 dollars. A good offer; other retailers are currently charging around 480 dollars for the PS5 Slim online – until now. Because Media Markt is now starting a PS5 campaign that makes the Lidl offer look old.
Not only can you get the PS5 Slim cheaper here than at Lidl, but you can also order it directly online. Lidl, on the other hand, only offers purchases in a local branch. The Media Markt offer is valid until May 25, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. It reads as follows:

Media Markt sells the PS5 Slim for 444 dollars, so you save 5 dollars compared to the Lidl offer. Most other online retailers even charge around 480 dollars for the Sony console. The Media Markt offer is good, but the console was already available to buy in the past for 430 dollars.
