In September 2024, Prime Gaming subscribers will receive a total of 28 games for free. This time, there are a number of high-quality titles that could be worthwhile for you.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the finale of the reboot trilogy about the famous action heroine. Prime Gaming gives you the Definitive Edition including all expansions. This time, Lara Croft has to save the world from an apocalypse triggered by the Mayan gods, for which she herself is also responsible.
As usual, in Shadow of the Tomb Raider you can expect not only story passages and action, but also the exploration of the eponymous tombs. Even more than its predecessors, however, the game also relies on more open areas in which you can look around freely. However, some fans don’t like that so much, such as Peter, who otherwise finds the reboot very appealing:

Borderlands 2 is considered by many fans to be the undisputed highlight of the shooter series. It eliminated many of the weaknesses of its predecessor and introduced the now legendary villain Handsome Jack.
But you can also have a lot of fun in Borderlands 2 outside of the story. You choose one of four characters, each of whom has a special ability and can be customized to your liking using three skill trees. Then you shoot your way through endless hordes of bandits and monsters in search of the treasures of the legendary chamber.
On your journey, you’ll meet lots of strange characters and collect increasingly better weapons that play very differently thanks to numerous special effects. You can experience all of this alone or in a co-op group with up to four players. You can really use the support, especially when you’re tackling the brutally difficult raid bosses in the endgame.
