If you suddenly receive a beta test for Witcher 4 and keep telling all your companions, then I have bad news. CD Projekt just warned fans about the beta testing scam, which is giving people the opportunity to fake the game as early as possible.
Hey, we see why you might want to believe something like this is a real deal, even if it obviously doesn't come from the studio – we crave not to have to wait for age to play Ciri's witchcraft adventure. But you have to be smart – check yourself before you break yourself up, as a wise guy said.

CD Projekt tweeted in the game's official account: “Recently, we've been receiving from some community members who were invited to take the Beta test of the Wizard 4, which is a scam.”
“That is, if you receive any invitation or stumble upon a news, we ask you to report a scam using the email client or the tools available in the social media platform you are using. Remember: professional monster killers don't fall into scams; they see the scams; they see and kill them!”

It is added by: “If in the future we will organize any beta tests through our official social media and websites, then you will hear it first.” You go. That's what we all tell us.
No longer clicking the link to 'www.totallylegitwitcher4betatestforrealsieswear.com', it forwards through the dodgy forum residents, its dweller comes with the username of XXBIGGG3RRYFR0MDARIVIERA69XX. Say “No, thank you, I'm all good.” Yes, they might be a little complaining, but even if you take precautions like using an invisible tag, viruses are a thing. Just ask your dad.
knew? OK Go and read more about wizards now, instead of accidentally falling into sly things.
