As an aspiring architect and manager of your new skyscraper, you start building your future monument with little money and a tiny building. You start building new rooms, laying cables, providing stairs and elevators, and expanding other necessary lines. You then rent out the space created in this way in order to generate income.
Who and what you rent out in your skyscraper is up to you. Do you build exclusive office space for wealthy companies, or do you offer luxury apartments for well-heeled tenants? Or will you become a rental shark who cares more about the satisfaction of his tenants? Whatever you choose, you must consider the needs of your residents. Because if the dissatisfaction increases too much, they move out in no time and you are left with no income.
