According to the modifier Lance McDonald, Who posted on Twitter With PS5 backward compatibility, From Software’s thriller RPG is still locked at 30fps, just like on PS4.
Okay, embargo is up and I’m allowed to talk about PlayStation 5 back compat now. All I have to say is Sekiro is 60fps, Dark Souks 3 is 60fps (it’s locked at 30 on Xbox Series X, rip), and Bloodborne is still 30fps with bad frame pacing. ✌️

At the same time, many other From Software products have performance improvements on Sony’s new machines. Dark Souls 3 in 2016 and last year’s Ninja Blade Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice both run at 60fps on PS5, which is an improvement over the previous generation of consoles. On a regular PS4, these titles are locked at 30fps, while the more powerful PS4 Pro runs them at an unlimited frame rate.
One of the upcoming release titles of the PlayStation 5 is a remake of From Software’s 2009 RPG Demon’s Souls produced by Blue Software, which has a lot of technical and design changes. The title allows you to choose between 4K resolution or “High Frame Rate” mode to make the game as smooth as possible.
From Software is currently developing a new open world RPG called Elden Ring. This game has been exposed at E3 in 2019, but since then we have little understanding of the project. We do know that the creator of “Game of Thrones” George RR Martin laid the foundation for the game myth.
