The Razer DeathAdder has already appeared in over 30 variants, is characterized by its distinctive design and has been sold over 10 million times. While the DeathAdder V2 maintains its well-known ergonomics, it is supplemented with the Razer Focus + optical sensor, optical mouse switches and the Razer Speedflex cable.

The shape of the DeathAdder V2 has been slightly optimized. The mouse, which weighs only 82 grams, now has a sweat-resistant coating and rubberized side surfaces. The mouse wheel has also been optimized for more precise scrolling behavior and lower resistance. Also on board is the current Razer Focus + Optical sensor with up to 20,000 DPI, smart tracking, asymmetrical cut-off and motion sync. In addition, there are the recently introduced optical mouse switches, which should ensure more precision and less wear.

The Razer Basilisk has also been revised and appears with the abbreviation V2 in the name. The Basilisk has the same innovations as the DeathAdder and is therefore also brought up to the latest technical standards of the Razer mice, as was the case with the recently released wireless Razer Basilisk Ultimate, which we did excellently in the test.

The Razer DeathAdder V2 is now available from Razer and Amazon for 79.99 euros, the Basilisk V2 joins it for 89.99 euros.
