Abigail's "Death" destroys the Red Dead canon

A Red Dead Redemption 2 player still managed to join Abigail Marston a key figure in history to murder the Van der Linde gang. And thus created a time paradox. After all, Abigail is alive as the wife of John Marston at the beginning of the first Red Dead Redemption, which takes place after the events of Part 2. Confusing, I know.

And he didn't even do it on purpose: on Reddit, grievous-gaming shared an admittedly pretty gorgeous clip in which John and Abigail talked to each other during the epilogue to Red Dead Redemption 2. Because he was getting too close to a cliff as John Marston and trying to position Abigail’s character, the poor woman simply fell to her death.

The clip ends before we see the immediate consequences of Abigail Marston's "death". Grievous-gaming reports in the comments of his Reddit thread that Abigail's body then disappeared and John Marston's wife no longer showed up at Marston Farm. Understandable.
