Red Dead Redemption It is a new survival mode of Red Dead Online mode, there are many opportunities to get sweet loot.
How much you get depends on how many waves of enemies you pass. Call to Arms is difficult, but even if you have to stand alone, there are ways to make it easier.
How Red Dead Redemption started the call to war
Assuming you have downloaded the latest update, please go to the post office or generate it in the camp. In your delivery, there is a new telegram from “J” with the subject “Call To Arms”. You can find Telegram under “File” in the school bag.
Choose your map from the four maps listed in the message (Blackwater, MacFarlane’s Ranch, Fort Mercer, Strawberry, or Valentine) to start your “armed defense” round. Unless Rockstar will simplify it in a future update, you will launch Call to Arms this way every time.
How many waves are summoned in Red Dead Redemption War
The goal is to survive 10 waves in Call to Arms. No matter how long you survive, you will be rewarded, of course, the most RDO dollars comes from clearing all 10 waves.
If it fails, you can try again immediately. However, if you complete the task or exit the mode, there is a 35-minute cooldown.
Red Dead Redemption calls for armed spending
The survival mode of Red Dead Online is very generous. In the first week ending August 17, you will receive three times the usual rewards, including gold bars and cash.
However, after the multiplier expires, the rewards are still generous. These are the full amounts:
- 1 gold bar
- 300 RDO$
- 2,300 experience
They narrowed down the fewer waves you managed to clear before exiting.
Red Dead Redemption has matchmaking
So far, the Call to Arms pairing does not exist. You will enter a short period of time where other players can join, and then have five minutes to prepare for the first wave. No other players can join in these five minutes, and most players report that they were involved in the game before anyone else joined.
In other words, expect to play Call to Arms solo.
Red Dead Redemption Solo Tips
Whether you are in a party or alone, the number and strength of enemies remain the same. However, even if it is a single player, Call to Arms can still be managed, especially when the game is played on standard difficulty.
If you are solving the problem yourself, make sure to keep up with the NPC. Heal them between the waves and make sure they have weapons. In any case, they may die in the next wave, but before that, you might as well let them relieve some of your stress.
Keep on the roof first and pay attention to the indicator that warns the sniper. Whether in single player mode or in a team, the sniper is your worst enemy, but the NPC will not specifically seek and destroy the sniper. Take them out first.
Staying away from the street can save you from berserker-style enemies wandering below and wielding a machete. They will not climb ladders for any reason.
I don’t know if you will go to the party, so bring a lot of food and supplements into Call to Arms. Fire on you too. You can replenish ammunition from the supply box between waves.
Red Dead Redemption’s best single player build
Paint It Black shines in your single death eye skill. Headshots can deal with enemies quickly, and if you don’t have human support in the game, you will want to focus on hitting the enemy as much as possible.
Passive cards are more flexible, but Fool Me Once is a good choice. Ideally, you won’t have enemies close enough to shoot continuously, but if you are in trouble, this is a good protective measure.
Strange medicine is necessary because it will heal you every time you cause harm.
Tips for Red Dead Redemption
The biggest difference when competing in Posse is positioning. After the start of the round, you will move around, but placing your character in a key position will help you deal with mobs and dangerous enemies before they annoy you.
It is almost impossible to plan ahead until Rockstar adds the appropriate pairing, but try to make sure that at least one player uses a sniper rifle. You need it to kill the driver of the armored vehicle.
You can revive fallen players, so don’t get too far away from the team in case someone needs help.
Otherwise, the same guidelines apply. Use your food heavily, replenish ammunition, and focus on high-priority enemies first.
The best build for Red Dead Posse
Playing in a team provides some extra leeway for your build, but we recommend using considerable inspiration for your dead eyes. Although the effect does not stack, it can restore health to the entire team.
Similarly, it is difficult to plan with any efficiency before Rockstar adds matchmaking, but it is better to equip this in case others do not.
It doesn’t make sense to build weapons around the possibility of Posse for the time being, so don’t worry too much about optimizing guns. Use Carcano rifles for long-range headshots and repeat shotguns for close combat, and you should be fine.
