The big hits may not be there yet, but there is a wide range of new games in February. New editions and collections shape the month, but there are also new games like Zombie Army 4 or the PS4-exclusive Dreams. Here comes the games in February.
February 4th
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics (PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC)
In 2019 Netflix brought back the Jim Henson classic The Dark Crystal for an imaginative and adult-implemented series adaptation. Despite the success of the series, it is not yet clear whether there will be a second season, but you can soon relive the adventure around the Gelflinge and Skekse on PC and consoles. As in the series, the task in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics is to unite the different tribes to free them from the suppression of the biscuits. Packed as a turn-based tactical RPG, the unusual mix could well result in an equally good game.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War (PS4, Xbox One, PC)
He's back again! The undead leader returns once again to subdue the world with his zombie soldiers. Zombie Army 4: Dead War once again confronts you with tons of undead Nazis in the midst of a mythically dark world war II scenario. As in the predecessors, what the old rifles and pistols give off is being shot. A campaign and a horde mode are available as game modes. Up to four people plunge into battle.

Granblue Fantasy Versus (PS4)
Granblue Fantasy Versus is the fighting game for the role-playing game of the same name. The genre experts from Arc System Works are responsible for the beating. As usual, it's all about normal attacks, special moves, combos, blocks and counter attacks. A specialty are the Skybound Arts: These attacks originate from the role-playing template and are aimed at beginners due to their simple execution. The orientation of the story mode sounds cool, because it should run as a side-scrolling beat ’em up. Online and offline duels are also not lacking in Granblue Fantasy Versus.

Kunai (PC, switch)
At first glance, Kunai is just another action platformer with droll pixel charm. It's actually a quirky Metroidvania, which can get pretty fast thanks to ninja skills. As a result, you can only get to former dead ends if you first learn the ninja powers to avoid them. However, you are not playing a person from the Far East, but a tablet computer or killer robot that is filled with the soul of an ancient warrior, wielding his sword and throwing shuriken to stop an evil AI that threatens all human life.

The Turing Test (Switch)
The Turing Test is all about artificial intelligence. As engineer Ava Turing, you have to solve puzzles in several rooms to prove that people's intuition and thinking are superior to a computer. The Turing Test keeps asking you the philosophical question of who actually controls whom. Anyone who likes sci-fi à la 2001: Odyssey in space and puzzles à la portal should keep an eye on this game.
