After numerous postponements, the spring game is noticeably detoxified. March 2020 scores less in quantity than in quality. Half-Life: Alyx, Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Doom Eternal are some hot irons that heat up the rather fresh transition month. The game releases in the quick check.

Murder by Numbers (Switch, PC on March 6th)
With Hatoful Boyfriend, developer Mediatonic undoubtedly delivered one of the most bizarre games you can imagine: as the only girl on a planet full of talking birds, you had to date the different representatives of the romantic poultry in this visual novel in order to find your very personal heart , Murder by Numbers is the name of the studio's new game and, by comparison, is almost ordinary: As a successful star in a crime TV series, you become a detective against your will in a real murder case, which you solve in the manner of Professor Layton solves tricky puzzles. In contrast to the prototype, these consist exclusively of Sudoku-like number logic puzzles.
ibb & obb (switch)
For PC gamers, ibb & obb is already an old hat. Six years after the Steam release, the cooperative puzzle platformer now also appears for the switch predestined for it. Stylistically, ibb & obb is a little reminiscent of the Gris art project, but in terms of play you can expect a puzzle mix of Unravel Two and VVVVV. Because the gravity above and below the ground runs in opposite directions. In cooperation, you have to remove obstacles from your buddy from the other side in order to ultimately reach the goal together.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX (Switch)
Instead of a new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, the Switch with Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Retterteam DX will release a remake of the first part, which was released in 2006 in two versions for the Game Boy Advance and the then very young Nintendo DS. In the dungeon crawler you slip into the skin of a Pokémon and explore randomly generated dungeons to help others out of trouble. Graphically, a lot has changed since the GBA. Retterteam DX presents itself in a cute picture book style. Maybe this time it distracts from the rather redundant gameplay.
The Outer Worlds (Switch)
Almost half a year later, The Outer Worlds also lands on the Switch. Role-playing fans should have heard of it long ago, after all, the experts from Obsidian Entertainment are behind the sci-fi odyssey. They have made a name for themselves in the past with games like Fallout: New Vegas, South Park and Pillars of Eternity. The Outer Worlds takes place in an alternative world in which super corporations largely dominate everyday life. In the course of growth, the colonization of space was advanced. Lively dialogues, an original art design and great freedom can also be enjoyed on the go with the Switch in March.
