Following the success of Control, Remedy has not been idle. The studio’s next big title is in full production and a smaller project is also already on the stove.
Remedy Entertainment apparently can’t complain at the moment. The current title Control has turned out to be extremely successful and has now exceeded the limit of 10 million copies sold. Of course, this provides the appropriate funds for new projects, including another control that is already in the concept phase.
The 300-strong team is meanwhile working full steam ahead on another AAA title, which should now be in full production. It is not yet clear which title it is, as an official announcement is pending, but it is generally assumed that it could possibly be a successor to Alan Wake. The reason for the assumption was above all the second Control DLC, in which not only Alan Wake appeared, but the stories of the two games were connected.
Another, smaller title is also said to be in full production. Here, too, it is not yet clear what it is. Both titles apparently belong to a deal with Epic Games. It will be some time before we get the first details about the two new games.
