Remnant II will soon be getting one last DLC with “The Dark Horizon”. There will also soon be a free Boss Rush game mode to discover.
Arc Games and Gunfire Games have announced “The Dark Horizon”, the third and final DLC for the action game Remnant II. This will be available from September 24th for 9.75 dollars; there is also a free update that includes the Bossrush game mode.
In the paid DLC, you return to N’erud and discover a mysterious place where time has stood still and robots still work the fields for the long-extinct population. But time corrupts everything. Misguided AIs and robotic creatures lurk around every corner.
The new story set there revolves around the secrets of the necropolis on N’erud. In this world, you explore new dungeons, experience a new glider transport system and unlock equipment items. In addition, “the Overseer” is another archetype available, which is all about strengthening playing styles. Otherwise, of course, there are also new bosses, characters and creatures available.
The Boss Rush mode, however, is free and will be released via an update on the same day. The new game mode is aimed at gamers who want to jump straight into boss battle action, and you can play alone or with others in multiplayer. There are three difficulty levels to choose from.
