The producer is now giving the all-clear in this regard.

However, there will be some differences between the two games. For example, the trailer already made it clear that the house that Leon enters at the beginning of the game is significantly larger. And: There will be new events that are located in the well-known Village scene.
The bottom line is that the remake of Resident Evil 4 will remain one of the longer games in the horror franchise – just like the original. Most of the time it took him around 15 to 20 hours to play through the title. In addition, the new edition – just like the original – could have a New Game+ mode and provide additional replayability.
