Anyone who wants to watch Resident Evil 8: Village again before the release is known to get a demo again. The previously quite limited period in which the demo is available has now been extended significantly.
Resident Evil fans had every reason to be happy when Capcom announced a second demo in the run-up to the release in early May. Downside: The trial version should only be available for 24 hours on May 1st. That in turn caused criticism, after all, for many interested parties this cannot be easily arranged. That’s why the makers reacted now.
The feedback was taken to heart and has now been confirmed that the time-limited demo will be available for a longer period than just one day. It was announced via Twitter that you can now play them for 60 minutes in Europe from May 2nd at 2:00 a.m. to May 10th at 2:00 a.m. – and thus for a whole week instead of just one day.
In the end, you won’t be able to deal with the demo any longer than before, but you can now be much more flexible about when you can spend an hour in the trial version.
The full version of Resident Evil 8: Village will be available on May 7, 2021 on Stadia, PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S.
