Event news Resident Evil Village: A gigantic Lycan promoting Capcom’s game
Resident Evil Village is outside and the English countryside will remember it! To encourage the release of its game, Capcom had – secretly – drawn a giant lycan in chalk on a hill in the UK.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla fans know that the English hills are sometimes the scene of drawings of colossal dimensions.
However, Capcom went much further since the Japanese publisher actually did it! Indeed, a mysterious chalk image has appeared on the slopes of the Blackdown Hills, hills near Somerset in the United Kingdom. Let’s face it, not so mysterious as it was known that the Lycans were creatures that were present in the Resident Evil Village and that the drawings do not appear alone in the grass. With a gigantic size of 58 by 100 meters, it would light up at night and look pretty impressive. In addition to promoting the game, Capcom said in a statement that this was a way to celebrate 25 years of the Resident Evil saga.
Resident Evil Village is available for PC, PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia.
