“Resident Evil Village” has been welcomed by Steam users.
According to data released by SteamDB, within 24 hours before “Resident Evil Village” landed on Steam, the game attracted 101,726 players at the same time.
Compared with the latest version of the series, this is the best release date for the “Resident Evil” game on the service.
The record holder before the release date was Resident Evil Remake with 74,277 concurrent users, followed by Resident Evil 3 Remake with 60,293 concurrent users.
“Resident Evil 7” attracted 20,449 people to play the game on the day it was released, and “Resident Evil 6” had 11,879 concurrent users when it was released.
As of press time, “Resident Evil Village” is the ninth most popular game on Steam, with 84,085 concurrent users.
The game was released yesterday and was well received by critics. It is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Stadia. This is our comment.
