Even months after the release, the RTX 3000 graphics cards are hard to come by. Unfortunately, Nvidia has more bad news for potential customers.
Nvidia’s amp models are still extremely difficult to come by. Those who were lucky enough to get hold of one sometimes paid moon prices for the new graphics card. Unfortunately, the manufacturer Nvidia does not expect that this will change anytime soon.
Nvidia released the RTX 3080 over two months ago, followed by three other models (3070, 3090 & 3060Ti). None of these are currently available in the market. In an interview with colleagues from Toms Hardware The company’s CFO Colette Kress recently spoke out on availability.

Kress further emphasized that stocks were scarce because complications had arisen with the provision of graphics chips by Samsung. There were also logistical problems caused by the corona pandemic. Manufacturers such as AMD or the console manufacturers Sony and Microsoft are currently feeling the effects of this. So there are many indications that 2021 could also be a year full of delivery bottlenecks.
In an extensive livestream, NVIDIA announced the new RTX 3070, 3080 and 3090 graphics cards, which should deliver significantly more performance than the previous series.
