Rebellion: Sandstorm has received a lot of updates, and you can take advantage of everything that is available for free this weekend.
Rebellion: Sandstorm The game can now be played for free on Steam until April 1. If you like your favorite game, you can buy 50% discount during this period. You can also check out the new free content added in Update 1.6.
The update adds public mod tools and mod.io integrations, new maps, two new weapons, new domination layouts, and more.
The power plant is a new map with tight corners and many passages.
Advisors on both sides of the conflict will receive new weapons: Tavor 7 for security and ACE 52 for insurgents. These are high caliber fully automatic combat rifles that can be used for close range and long range firing.

"Domination mode" is now available on five other maps: refineries, suburbs, regions, summits, and new power plants. Governance is a fast-paced, regionally controlled mode with a rebirth function. You can see teams competing for three control points.
For modders, the mod tool will launch with full Mod.io integration to help you get more from the game. The initial version will allow the creation of levels, game modes, and mutators, with expanded functionality.
Also included in this update are new cosmetics, stability fixes, and balance changes.
Rebellion: Sandstorm will land on game consoles on August 25 and will be available for pre-order through the Microsoft Store for Xbox One. Digital and physical reservations on the PlayStation Store will be available soon.
