A functioning network is essential today to ensure the best user experience for console users. In order for this network to continue to function properly, it must be regularly maintained. The catch is that there may be temporary service disruptions for players. For this reason, manufacturers usually try to inform their customers about planned maintenance.
Nintendo will do several Maintenance work Change servers this week. Three separate surgeries are scheduled for Thursday, January 13th. As always, this maintenance can result in the Nintendo Switch’s online services being inaccessible.
According to Nintendo, the three maintenance jobs per week concern the “Backup data transfer,” that “User transfer“and various”Online services“(like downloading game content, etc.).
On Nintendo Switch, three maintenance is better than one
Here is the schedule of those interviews that were conducted on the switch network. The times listed below refer to Paris time.
Backup data transfer:
- From Thursday, January 13, 2022, 5:30 a.m. to Thursday, January 13, 2022, 8:00 a.m.
User transfer:
- From Thursday, January 13, 2022, 5:30 a.m. to Thursday, January 13, 2022, 8:00 a.m.
Online services :
- From Thursday, January 13, 2022, 7 a.m. to Thursday, January 13, 2022, 9 a.m.
Therefore, if some services are not running at the times listed above, this is normal. Early risers who will use their Nintendo Switch on Thursday morning are therefore warned.
Please note that this is only a maintenance and not an update. We should therefore not expect new features to arrive after this maintenance has been performed.
