A new update adds a big feature

Bathed in Hong Kong cinema, the title offers players the role of a young fighter who fears nothing and is willing to do anything to avenge his father, such as unleashing Tatanes on increasingly tough enemies and with class. The choreographies are great, the atmosphere neat and as long as you handle the guard well, everything quickly becomes enjoyable thanks to many game mechanics, but despite successful fights and its many homages to Asian cinema (one thinks of Old Boy and The Raid in particular) , the title suffered from a small detail when it was launched… it only offered English voices. But today, a month after the launch of the game, this problem is finally solved.

Yes, the promise of Sloclap has finally been fulfilled: thanks to the brand new update available on PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Sifu offers players to experience the entire adventure in Mandarin to immerse themselves in the game.

A partnership with Kowloon Nights

To achieve this feat and avoid missteps, Sloclap ventured to Shanghai and surrounded himself with the Kowloon Nights studio to handle all dubbing. At the helm of this new dubbing are in particular Li Zhengxiang, the casting director, but also actors and actresses Lui Beichen and Mi Xiao (playing the male or female version of the hero) or even Huang Jinze (Yang), Liu Yingjie (Sean) , Cheng Yuzhu (Fajar), Xu Chen (Kuroki) and Lu Xiaotong (Jinfeng). The goal here was to make Sifu even more authentic, as you can see from the making-of above.
