Early Access Skateboarding Simulation Session A control system similar to that in the EA classic series "Skateboard" is being added.
As we all know, Session's current controls are difficult to master and require players to reconsider how they use the joystick. It comes down to the left and right joysticks representing the left and right feet of the character, while the trigger is used to distribute weight.
According to developer Crea-ture Studios, this is a simulation of how people skate in real life. Just like in real life, the first time you skate, you eat shit.
However, in the next update released on February 19th, Session will gain control of the control, and the developers of the control think that players will find it more "familiar". In EA's Skate series, the left joystick is used for manipulation and the right joystick is used for tricks.

Crea-ture Studios' Marc-Andre Houde told VG247 at the end of 2017: "It's a difficult sport, but when you put in hard work, it does pay off . I think the difficulty lies in the identity of the project. Players are struggling with the trigger, they want to know why we use two fingertips, but we are too complicated. Well, maybe.
"But we also look at it another way. We think differently about this concept. We don't want you to pull the trigger, but we want you to move the weight and put pressure on the truck, so it makes sense. We use two sticks because most of the tricks on the skateboard are not done with one foot. Therefore, we copied the movements of the two feet with our fingertips. We are really trying to achieve weight transfer. "
Now that Session has been in Early Access for some time, it seems that Crea-ture's ideas about controls have matured. Although adding a new control system may be controversial to some fans, Crea-ture will still provide the original control system as well as a new version.
Our Session controls will not be everywhere. If you are not used to living in the Session world, these controls will be another set of controls you can choose.
