From November 8th, Skull & Bones will finally be available – then also for the PC. Ubisoft has given the title platform-specific features on the home computer – and the system requirements were also made public at gamescom.
Ubisoft announced the system requirements for Skull & Bones on PC at gamescom. If you want to explore the pirate world and the huge open sea world on your home calculator, you should consider the requirements listed in the graphic above.
Anyone who meets the requirements can look forward to specially optimized gaming fun compared to the console versions, because Ubisoft has given the title on the PC some exclusive features. The most important functions are given as follows:
- 4K HDR: For an immersive gaming experience
- No FPS limit: To reduce input lag in naval battles
- Bild-Upscaling: For first-class image quality and detailed gameplay through ray tracing, DLSS and FSR
- Full Personalization: Advanced input settings enable a personalized gaming experience
You will also be able to play Skull & Bones with up to two other players. To ensure an entertaining online experience, the following system has been implemented:
- Player Tooling: a balanced matchmaking system to enter the world of Skull & Bones. Players are assigned to respective servers based on their Fame and PvP preferences. There is also an option to report or block players for disruptive in-game behavior.
- Game server: Powerful servers with modular redundancy and cloud servers complement each other when there is high player activity in order to limit waiting times and avoid workloads. Ubisoft has dedicated servers in North and South America, Europe, Asia, South Africa and Oceania.
- Anti-Cheat Solutions: battlEye monitors the game in real time. It permanently bans players on the first offense when cheats are used and discovered to gain an unfair advantage.
