Hogwarts Legacy has what it takes to be the first hit in 2023
You can see the result of our survey here (as of January 12, 2023):
The fight for first place is obviously hard fought, with 25 percent each, half the readership is divided between Ravenclaw and Slytherin. With over 17,000 votes Ravenclaw was ahead by a hair’s breadth with 67 votes. Gryffindor’s brave lion is still on the podium with 18 percent, while Hufflepuff has to be content with 14 percent.
Ten percent of you haven’t decided yet and prefer to make gut decisions, while eight percent won’t be playing the title when it’s released.
So most of you can already expect the bright Ravenclaw common room. For an overview, we recommend this helpful video:

Controversy um JK Rowling
Comments by Harry Potter author JK Rowling about trans people have repeatedly sparked controversy. This article explains Rowling’s statements and summarizes reactions from those affected. The author is not directly involved in the development of Hogwarts Legacy, but indirectly benefits from profits from the Harry Potter brand through the trademark rights.
The only house that actually doesn’t appeal to me is Gryffindor
In the comments you talk diligently which house appeals to you the most. For example, the user falconian and his wife have strict cup rules:
The sorting hat on the internet on this official HP site interviewed me at the time and decided I was a Gryffindor. Since then I’ve stuck to it xD With my wife it was Ravenclaw and accordingly we drink our morning tea from Gryffindor and Ravenclaw cups. Of course, taking someone else’s cup is strictly forbidden.
User nofxman joins the majority and opts for the house, which is particularly known for its intelligence and creativity:
Ravenclaw! From cleverness!
Crimok also sees himself in the Ravenclaw house and wants to pursue a burning question that some Potter fans have already asked:
Ravenclaw. Maybe then I’ll find out why the coat of arms is an eagle and not a raven 🙂
Don Schorschi, on the other hand, finally wants to prove something to the world with his election:
I’d like to show that Slytherin isn’t just assholes. The only house that doesn’t appeal to me at all is actually Gryffindor.
User hockeyer chooses the underdog Hufflepuff to increase his knowledge of the Potter world:
Definitely going to take Hufflepuff too, I’d like to know more about that too. I’ve just watched all the films again and Hufflepuff is the least mentioned (OK Ravenclaw isn’t much either, but at least a little more.)
5WYR prefers to reminisce rather than commit:
I’ve had a split relationship with Harry Potter (and my sister-in-law) ever since I yelled “Slytherin” at my niece’s birthday as she put on her new hat. Oh yes… it was worth it.

Did you think the result would be so close? Now what do we do with the spare beds in the Hufflepuff dorm since everyone is going to Slytherin and Ravenclaw? Questions over questions… write us your idea in the comments!
