The continuation of the shooter series Sniper Elite has a specific release date. There will also be a season pass afterwards.
As is well known, Rebellion is continuing its successful shooter series Sniper Elite with the new part Sniper Elite: Resistance. The new addition to the franchise had already been announced, but had to wait for a release date. That has changed today.
It is now clear that Sniper Elite: Resistance will officially be available for the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) platforms from January 30, 2025. Pre-orders are now also possible with the announcement of the release date, although Game Pass subscribers from Microsoft will receive the title directly upon release anyway.
In addition to a standard edition, there will also be a deluxe edition of the game, which also includes additional season pass content. Such a season pass model has now also been confirmed for the shooter, but details are still pending.
However, the pre-order bonus is certain for all early buyers, as they will receive a new Target Leader campaign mission, an additional weapon skin and the Karabiner 98 rifle. Anyone who chooses the more expensive Deluxe Edition will also receive the classic M1911 pistol and two days earlier access to the game on top.
As usual from the series, tactical third-person combat with all sorts of stealth and sniper mechanics awaits you in Sniper Elite: Resistance. The new storyline lets you take on the role of Harry Hawker, a Special Operations Executive (SOE) agent who discovers an insidious silver bullet that would guarantee the Nazis victory in the war. The story takes place parallel to the events of Sniper Elite 5.
