It seems that some players are not cheating.
Treyarch lifted the ban on certain players Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Who received the error code Sail 630 Nuclear Bug.
According to Charlie Intel, the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug has been around since the beginning of April and has been crashing zombies on the PC when played at a high level.
PC players reported that they received error codes during the Zombie War (50+). After the error popped up, players discovered that they had been permanently banned through Battle.net.
After receiving a lot of information from players, Treyarch responded to the report. The studio’s community manager stated that the investigation has been completed and the invalid ban caused by the error will be revoked. Of course, this is done after reviewing the account ban, because some bans are legally issued.
“The Sail 630 Nuclear Bug notification is indeed a disconnected message. It was previously shared and has now been recorded by your peers. If you disconnect during a match, this error may occur,” Foxhound said on reddit.
“Recently, the account execution has been reviewed, and accounts deemed to be operated in good faith have been restored where appropriate. Accounts containing other vulnerability flags will retain their execution rights. As always, we encourage everyone to enjoy PC within the terms of service Zombie game on the Internet.”
The player is still a little wary and asked if it is really safe to play with zombies at a higher level. Foxhound replied that within the terms of service, players are indeed safe when playing games on PC.
The new Black Ops Cold Ware season will begin on Thursday, and the nuke event is scheduled to take place the day before. The event will hail the current Verdansk transition to an 80s-themed version.
