Some information about Hellraiser 2’s next War Bond appears to have been leaked via a misbehaving PlayStation notification

A small amount of information about the unreleased Hellraiser 2 War Bonds appears to have leaked via some PlayStation notifications that didn’t work as expected. The messages only contained a few details about the gear pack, and it sounds like it’s going to be a twisted fire starter.

Over the past few hours, many players have posted about new PlayStation notifications they received on the Helldivers 2 subreddit. In all of these posts, the pings carry the title Viper Commandos, which is apparently the name of the last warbond that Arrowhead will deploy for the game.

However, the text below the title definitely seems to be related to a different War Bond, possibly the next one to come.

“Dial in the energy to incinerate our righteous enemies, Hellstalkers,” it reads. “Free Fire Premium War Bonds are being deployed to your Destroyer acquisition board. Includes flame weapons, life-saving armor, cool capes, new emotes, player cards and patterns.”

Obviously, it’s hard to tell a whole lot from this little intro, but the overall theme seems to be fire, so I bet that if this ends up being a future War Bond and not just some kind of blunder, some orange armor and a new flamethrower might be a good indication of what it might contain.

That being said, until Arrowhead officially announces such a War Bond, you should definitely take this with a grain of salt, because even if this is a genuine mistake, there’s always the possibility that things could change between now and the arrival of Free Fire War Bonds (assuming that’s the case).
