And five makes seventeen! After the manufacturer bought the studios Bluepoint Games, Firesprite, Housemarque and Nixxes Software at the beginning of the year, the manufacturer is closing in style with a fifth acquisition: that of Valkyrie Entertainment.
PlayStation Studios: To Infinity and Beyond?
Despite an already very aggressive policy this year, President Hermen Hulst had recently suggested that the frenzy could continue and clearly does not welcome this new war prize:

If the Seattlïens have not yet produced a title in their name, they have still had the opportunity to exercise their talent at many exclusive houses, such as the series God of War, inFAMOUS and Twisted.

If at the moment there is no indication of which project the little fellows from Seattle will be affected, the CFO Hiroki Totoki reminded a few weeks ago of the place that the ports now occupy in the strategy of Sony Interactive Entertainment
In the future we plan to use our new studios to increase the development capacity of PlayStation Studios and to use the necessary know-how to port games to PC and mobile devices.
