Currently, Spider-Man and his villains are part of the rights of Sony, that is, that this company and Disney are sharing the character through a contract so that he can be in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For the moment, not much has been revealed about the interaction the characters will have in this new universe, but it is very possible that in the next Venom movie we will see Spider-Man making his first cameo as a superhero.
