Due to an ongoing attack, Sony has disabled the LittleBigPlanet server.
Recently Little big planet The server led to Sony’s ban, and Sony said it had no other choice.
“Due to the severity of the recent attacks, we have no choice but to temporarily disable the game server,” he wrote Tweet from LittleBigPlanet Twitter. “We will not take these attacks lightly, especially when they target our loyal community members. Thank you for your understanding.”
Yesterday, Sony admitted that the community “is experiencing server problems” and is investigating “these new attacks.”
Attacks appear to be in the form of abusive, sometimes sending wrong error messages to users (thanks to Eurogamer).
This is not the first time a server has a problem. As early as March, there was a connection problem, which caused the server to be shut down for a while. Sony has never admitted the reason behind the problem, but community members said that due to Sony’s handling of the franchise, someone issued a DDoS attack.
The last major entry in the LittleBigPlanet series is LittleBigPlanet 3, which was released in November 2014.
I hope Sony can sort everything out and send it back online as soon as possible.
