Here he talks about how they will deal with the present problem It is affecting the industry in different ways and explains how work will be carried out from home.
“We have been following the health and safety guidelines established by regional government health officials for the past few months, and in February we restricted national and international business travel and began limiting visitors to our offices and studios. At the same time, we began working across the SQUARE ENIX organization in Asia, Europe, and America to prepare for employees to work from home. Our IT teams augmented our remote work systems, including the implementation of VPN and technology updates that enable remote work for our study, development, and business operations. We have now implemented work-from-home policies in all locations and where remote work is not possible, we have reduced office density and introduced staggered work times, especially to avoid peak consumption hours. ”
In the statement Square Enix states that have been organizing since February to offer this option to employees with the intention of maintaining their proper confinement.
