Game News Stadia Connect: Embr announces video on Stadia
Already listed on Steam, Embr took advantage of the latest Stadia Connect to advertise on Google's cloud gam ing platform.
The title will arrive on PC and Stadia on May 21 in early access, and will offer to play firefighters. Indeed, its gameplay will invite us to intervene in numerous fires with the objective of rescuing the victims and extinguishing the flames. However, players will embody new kind of firefighters, since these will work like a freelance driver or a bicycle delivery man, in a capitalist world having transformed all existing activities. Howard Tsao, team leader at Muse Games, explains:
Embr takes place in a deregulated hyper-capitalist world, where public funding for firefighting has dried up and where venture capital dominates. If all this sounds rather busy, and, in reality, familiar, the gameplay itself is much more optimistic. (These new firefighters) are a creative group, and it is fair to say that their solutions to extinguishing these domestic flames are as brilliantly improvised as ridiculously entertaining.
For the moment, Muse Games has not given any information as to the duration of this early access.
