The site Twisted voxel reports on the discovery of The recent classification of a PC version of Super Bomberman R Online by the ESRB (the organization responsible for the classification of video games in North America), title previously exclusive to Google Stadia.
As a reminder, Super Bomberman R Online is a revised and corrected version of Super Bomberman R that was released in 2017. This second version supplements the basic concept with a Battle Royale mode that 64 players can play at the same time.
Super Bomberman R Online is free to play for everyone in Stadia and also comes with a Premium Premium Edition that gives you access to additional playable characters created by famous Konami heroes (Snake, Raiden, Pyramid Head, Simon Belmont, etc.) were inspired. At the moment Konami has not specified the content of this PC version. However, it wouldn’t be surprising if the paid items were sold to Stadia users.
Recall of facts
Super Bomberman R Online was announced by Konami as a Stadia Exclusive in July 2020 and finally released in early September. Although the information has been forgotten by a number of players, when the announcement of the launch of Super Bomberman R Online it was made clear that the Stadia exclusivity was temporary. However, the duration had not been set.
At the time of publication, the PC release date for Super Bomberman R Online has not yet been announced by Konami. However, this classification by the ESRB suggests that the matter should not be delayed. And if the game lands on PC, does that suggest it will be released on consoles as well? Impossible to know at the moment.
