For “The Mandalorian” audiences, Ahsoka Tano is just a supporting character, but fans of “The Clone Wars” and “Star Wars: Rebels” know that the former student of Anakin Skywalker is one of the most famous and popular “Star Wars” – figures of the last decade.
Accordingly, the start of “Star Wars: Ahsoka” on Disney + is eagerly awaited, because the series will not only continue open storylines from “Rebels”, but also Grand Admiral Thrawn will finally spread fear and terror in a live-action production.
It was already known that “Ahsoka” will be released on Disney + in August 2023, but now the streaming service has finally published a concrete date: it starts on August 23! There was also a short, new trailer in which Ahsoka meets Sabine Wren.
Thrawn can also be seen briefly, but only from behind. The charismatic villain has already become a fan favorite in the animated series and various comics and novels, now the successor to Darth Vader is also supposed to be a formidable opponent in “Ahsoka”.
