The success of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order seems big enough to make Electronic Arts and Respawn crave more now. Having already discussed that an action adventure sequel is not unlikely, there is now a first clear indication that both companies do not want to waste time telling another story from the far, far away galaxy.
This presumption arises from three new job advertisements by the developer, which affect the Star Wars team in particular. We are looking for a Senior Character Artist, a Level Designer and a Senior Software Engineer. These job titles speak a very clear language. However, it is not 100 percent clear whether it is a sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order or another project from the Star Wars cosmos.
Given that EA still owns the rights to Star Wars games for three years, it only makes sense that the publisher is still trying to get the most out of this deal during this time. What would you want from a sequel?
