Now that the Star Wars day is approaching again, EA has good news: the action adventure Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is getting a next-gen version.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order had already received some nice updates, but they only brought some advantages if you played the old version on the new consoles via backwards compatibility. Now the developers have announced a complete next-gen version of the game. And it comes as a free update for owners of the old versions for PS4 and Xbox One.

A specific date has not yet been announced, but at least it should be so far in the summer that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order appears for the PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. Unsurprisingly, the new version should contain plenty of technical improvements, with Respawn and EA still commenting on the details.

At the same time, a whole series of Star Wars games is in sight around May 4th. The triple bundle of Star Wars: Squadrons, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Deluxe Edition and Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition is available for half the price from April 30th to May 11th in pretty much all stores. Other Star Wars-related titles also get hefty discounts, and there are some goodies in games like Minecraft.

A full list of promotions and discounts can be found on www.starwars.com and this list is really very long.
