Gaming News Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Be careful, making a mistake can result in losing your collector and deluxe in-game content!
Star Wars Jedi Survivor might offer a memorable adventure, but it’s still riddled with many bugs right and left that unbalance some players’ experience. According to the latest news, an issue would cause some cosmetic items included in the deluxe versions of the game to disappear.
Bogue One, a Star Wars story
There’s definitely been a lot of talk about Star Wars Jedi Survivor, for better or for worse. Firstly because the new adventure of Kal Cestis is an excellent vintage, refining the formula generated with Jedi Fallen Order and collecting excellent reviews from the press (our full review is also available at this address).
Then, badly as it turns out the game suffers from major optimization issues. The PC version was released in a state of optimization highlighted by gamers, and a plethora of annoying bugs were reported for the PS5 and Xbox series.
Respawn, the development studio behind the game, has already released patches to fix some of the issues and continues to work on future updates. A priori, One of them was intended to fix a specific issue that was stripping players of Deluxe Edition content and pre-orders.
New day, new mistake
The error was pointed out by several internet users on Reddit: They are unable to find certain cosmetic items that they purchased either with the Deluxe or Collector’s Edition or because they pre-ordered the game.
And even if these magically reappear (perhaps the Force), they eventually disappear. It’s quite annoying, especially when you’ve spent full price on some editions of the game, not to mention the other gotchas (like the one preventing you from continuing your game).
For its part, Electronic Arts has been made aware of this and “states to be aware of the issue” as it is currently investigating the situation. In other words, The developers are working to fix the bug, but it is not yet known when a patch will be available. Soon, we hope.
