Cal Kestis is back in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, which has been revealed to launch at The Game Awards on March 17, 2023.
We probably already knew when the game would launch thanks to one of those pesky leaks, but now we officially know the date. The trailer gave us a revisit of our slightly older, hairier, rougher Cal, who now has a gun and will likely bring more soul-inspired combat into the realm of Bloodborne than before. It also gave us our first taste of the gameplay, which looks more of the same, but if you like what lightsabers do, there’s very little to complain about.
You’ll also be able to pull off some impressive moves with allies, dueling again, and this time it looks like you’ll be able to pick up a Kylo Ren-like saber, if that’s your thing.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was revealed earlier this year, followed by a few more leaks and cheeky reports before it was officially confirmed and promised to continue five years after the first title, Fallen Order. The game has mostly proven to be a bit of a mystery so far, with the trailer not giving us much information, but with a release date almost around the corner, we’ll find out more soon.
