Netflix and Amazon Prime get on March 24, 2020 Competition: The streaming service Disney + also starts in Germany on this date. Now we finally know which films and TV series will be available for release in Germany. Of course, everything revolves primarily around Star Wars, Marvel and Pixar, to which the mouse group owns the rights.
This will be the Disney + Germany release almost 500 films and 350 TV series available for streaming that will not decrease in the future. On the contrary: Disney is currently mainly working on new series – primarily, of course, on those of the Star Wars universe and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In addition to season 2 of The Mandalorian, TV projects by Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) and Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) are in the works, while Disney includes Marvel heroes Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, The Vision, The Falcon, brought her own TV series to Winter Soldier and more.
