To get a hack kit you will have to follow the main story of Star Wars Outlaws, specifically the story called “New Tricks”. At the end of the latter, Danka, the broker, will give you information to contact the best pirate in Toshara. All you have to do is go to Mirogana’s gambling house where you met Danka to find information about her.
