Starship Troopers: Terran Command breathed new life into the strategy genre this summer. Replenishment is now on the way – this is revealed by the newly published roadmap.
After the release in June of this year, the real-time strategy game Starship Troopers: Terran Command will receive fresh game content in the coming weeks and m onths to keep you on track. That should please many players, after all, the title was regularly in the top 10 on Steam and received mostly good reviews.
The Belgian developers of The Artistocrats want to build on this together with Slitherin and have now published a roadmap for the first year; all in all, this should only be the beginning, because in general the title should continue to grow and develop for a long time.
The makers distinguish between free updates and paid premium updates. The free updates include the obligatory balancing and interface improvements, but also genuine new content such as a new scenario and a new federation unit. The next update should also have achievements and new challenge missions; The latter should be garnished with a freshly implemented high score system. A scenario editor for creating your own maps and a completely new game mode with high replayability are to follow in 2023.
As part of the premium content, two larger DLC packs are in the works. The first DLC will include a mini-campaign based on the challenge missions, the second DLC will be massive and will bring a full campaign in a new environment with additional units. More details are expected to follow later this year.
