Marvel Snap is all the rage in the second half of 2022, even becoming one of Sherif’s favorite games of the year. However, it’s missing one thing I think every card game needs: the ability to test your deck and apply your skills to friends.
After launching on PC and mobile in October, the option for Marvel Snap players to battle with friends has been missing until now! Although it was originally said to be available to play with friends in 2022, it was later delayed.
However, now the Versus-Friends mode will be available tomorrow (January 31st) on Marvel Snap.
here it comes…

Combat Mode is coming out tomorrow, how exactly does it work? Well, it functions a little differently than your usual matches.
How Battle Mode Works in Marvel Snap
Your usual Marvel Snap game will include a game. In Versus mode, you’ll actually play multiple games with your friends using the same deck over and over again.
Via Marvel Snap’s blog about Battle Mode earlier this month, the way the mode works is that both players will start with 10 health. Unlike the Cube, the health of the participants is at risk. Whoever manages to deplete their opponent’s health first is the winner.
These matches are expected to last around 20 minutes, and each player’s deck is locked throughout the battle, so you’ll want to keep careful track of your cards and how your opponents are trying to counter them.
