Finally Friday again, finally free games again! This weekend there is something for everyone, from blockbusters to insider tips. We’ll show you which games you can download permanently and try out for free over the weekend.
Borderlands 3 is a permanent gift
The co-op shooter Borderlands leaves no dry eye in the third part either. Even if the story doesn’t quite live up to that of its predecessor, you can still look forward to some stupid one-lines.
Of course, the focus is on the action-packed shooter gameplay in comic style. You can spend well over 40 hours in the crazy world, as Borderlands 3 even has some endgame activities built in. The best thing, however, is that you can experience the campaign alone or with friends in co-op.
Despite minor weaknesses, Maurice also had a lot of fun with Borderlands 3 and tells you in the test exactly why the developers have succeeded in creating a terrific successor:

Borderlands 3 – Test Video: Bombastic triumph with only one disappointment
You can play Star Citizen for free for a limited time
From May 20th to 31st, 2022 you can grab a spaceship in the space and sci-fi simulation Star Citizen and complete one or two practice rounds. In fact, not just one spaceship, but all! That’s 66 to be exact. After Alpha 3.17: Fueling Fortunes, Star Citizen heralds the Invictus Launch Week 2952 and can therefore be played for free for a short time.
So if you’ve always wanted to get a taste of the space game, now is the best opportunity to do so – Hardware expert Alex might give you a few more good reasons. However, the selection of ships that are available to you on certain dates rotates. So it’s best to take a look at that official schedule for Invictus Launch Week 2952 – By the way, there is also a trailer for the event.

If you love Sci Fi and don’t know Stellaris, you’ve probably been living behind the moon for the past few years. The space simulation has not established itself in the genre without reason. The timing couldn’t be better, thanks to the newly released Overlord DLC.
Why the Stellaris through the DLC Overlord
logically expanded, Rainer also explains to you in his latest test:
