Steam now lets you filter search results by price and delete games you already own

Steam's latest search feature was born in Steam Labs.

Valve has launched some major upgrades for search steam. Based on its various Steam Lab experiments, developers can provide users with finer control.

The first new feature is the ability to filter results by price or to see only the games being sold. You can now set the maximum price from all searches in the store to narrow your search.

You can also include and exclude specific tags in search results. Each tab shows the number of results returned for clarity. For more fine-grained control, Steam will let you filter in / out VR-only games.

The new update addresses a long-held petition: allowing players to filter out games they already know. Users can now hide games that are owned, favorite, or ignored so that they do not appear in search results.

Finally, search results can now scroll infinitely, so you no longer need to worry about the next page.
