The previously announced action-adventure Stellar Blade from Korea now has a specific release date on the PlayStation 5. So you can get started in spring 2024.
Stellar Blade finally made an appearance again at Sony’s PlayStation State of Play yesterday. It is an action-adventure game from the relatively new Korean development studio Shift Up. This not only got fresh impressions in a new trailer, but also a release date – and that’s not that far away anymore.
From April 26, 2024 you should be able to get Stellar Blade for the PlayStation 5 and immerse yourself in the game world of the action title. The game was known as Project Evee before it was officially named and was originally presented four years ago – also at a Sony State of Play. Far from the official naming, things had recently become quite quiet in the Stellar Blade – until yesterday evening.
The trailer gives you a good impression of what awaits you in Stellar Blade. You have to help NPCs, acquire new skills and consumable items and have to fight with sometimes monstrous creatures and machines in the game world.
In all of this, you follow the protagonist Eve, a creator of an off-world colony who has to help defeat the Naytibas, humanity’s enemy who has suddenly come to Earth. Eve roams through a largely destroyed world, where she meets, among other things, another survivor named Adam, with whom she forms an alliance. The game world is kept semi-open, so there will be enough to explore.
Stellar Blade can be pre-ordered for PlayStation 5 from February 7th; Those who decide early will receive some in-game items for Eve as a bonus.
