Genre: Tower Defense / Deckbuilder | developer: johnbell | publication: 30. August 2022 (Early Access)
With ORX, an insider strategy tip will be released this week, the demo of which made YouTubers like HandOfBlood almost fall off their chairs with joy. You can expect a mixture of the popular tabletop game Carcassonne, tower defense like in They Are Billions and unpredictable deck building like in Slay the Spire.
At the beginning of a new game, you always start with a castle that needs to be defended from attacking orcs. To do this, you place troops and build castles that can be assembled from several individual parts.
The game is based on cards that you draw from a constantly growing deck. However, in order to be able to play these, you need gold, which you get by building farms, villages, roads and other useful buildings. But always make sure to defend them well.
